Battlefield 3 To Get ‘Special Attention’ On PC
Battlefield 2 is one of the best games I have ever played, it is a game which I often compare other multiplayer games to, even if only in my mind. The sheer brilliance of Battlefield 2 led to my disappointment with Bad Company 2.
It was therefore a pleasent surprise to read (via VG24/7) that “Battlefield 3 needs an extra bit of special attention on the PC”. This is what DICE designer Alan “Demize99″ Kertz revealed on EA’s Battlefield 3 forums.
In his lengthy post Kertz talks about the different things PC and console gamers expect from their Battlefield games, Kertz goes on to say “I intend to give it that attention, tradition and our community demand it.”
This can only be good news for the development of the game on the PC. There will be greater expectations from the community for Battlefield 3 than there was for Bad Company 2, lets see how DICE handle this one going forward.

Great news. I also enjoyed B. 2 as well as B. 2142 but not so much BBC 2 in its online as previous DICE works.
B. 3 with B. 2/2142 number of players + BBC 2 physics…should be be a “blowing mind combo” for the game. Exciting -and excited- anyway about hearing from this game again.
