The team behind Euro Truck Simulator 2 have been busy recently working on update 1.9 and some new Mercedes trucks. More enticingly, they have been working quietly on American Truck Simulator and this weekend revealed a few early images from the game. Hit the break to check them out.

Developers SCS have avoided talking about development on American Truck Sim in too much depth, they have focused their efforts on ensuring their content creation pipeline is up to standards while working with American truck manufacturers to secure licencing deals. They have however confirmed that there will be over 100 cities in the game, but as of yet I’m not sure whether the game will cover all of the US or just a handful of states. Hopefully more details will be forthcoming soon.
