Hitman’s Elusive Targets Are All Wrong, And Here’s Why.

Hitman’s Elusive Targets Are All Wrong, And Here’s Why.

I was actually quite late to jump on the Hitman bandwagon. The new one, that is. I’ve played and loved all previous installments of the series, but the news that Hitman 6 (or Hitman(TM) as it insists on being known) would be episodic was enough to put me off picking it up at launch. A few months later down the line and the positive reception of the first two of its sprawling open levels and multiple approaches was enough for me to take the plunge.

Time Anomalies And Celebrity Co-op In Assassin’s Creed Unity’s New Trailers

Time Anomalies And Celebrity Co-op In Assassin’s Creed Unity’s New Trailers

So you thought Assassin’s Creed Unity was going to be one of those games that tried to be serious and easy to follow did you? Well, think again because Ubisoft have just released two brand new trailers that throw all that out the window.

The first trailer shows the player deperatley trying to escape a time anomaly within the animus, It eventually catches up to him and he is transported to a future version of Paris with planes, machine guns and massive V adorned on the Eiffel Tower. What could it all mean? Watch the trailer below and let us know what you think.

The second trailer takes the lighthearted approach as four voice actors impersonate celebrities as they play a co-op mission within Assassin’s Creed Unity. I’m not quite sure what the point of the trailer is, but there are a few laughs to be had and the voice actors are actually very good.

Assassin’s Creed Unity Trailer Explores Revlutionary Paris

Assassin’s Creed Unity Trailer Explores Revlutionary Paris

The latest Assassin’s Creed Unity trailer shows an open world Paris with much more to offer than any of the previous games. Among new activities you can now complete co-op heist missions with friends, embark on fleshed out side quests such as murder mysteries and treasure hunt in the streets and on the rooftops of 18th century Paris.

For me the Assassin’s Creed series has been calling for something such as a co-op mode to freshen up the similar gameplay from release to release. An improved combat system, interesting setting, redesigned graphics engine and improved climbing system also reinvigorate my interests in a series I once loved.

Part 1 and 2 of the video series can be found here and here.

Assassin’s Creed Unity launches on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on November 14th 2014.
