WWE 13 – The Verdict

WWE 13 – The Verdict

One of my long standing memories of my childhood is watching the Royal Rumble in 2000 which featured amazing moments with groups like DX and wrestlers like The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. I didn’t have Sky during the legendary Attitude era of the WWE, but I caught Sunday Night Heat whenever I could and I loved what I saw. While there are some great performers in the company these days, nothing will ever quite match the glory days of Attitude. The best way to relive some of these great moments lies in WWE 13.

I’ve Got Two Words For Ya….SUCK IT!

I’ve Got Two Words For Ya….SUCK IT!

With that the crowd goes wild at the traditional calling card of D-Generation X, or DX, one of the biggest groups in the WWE during the Attitude era. It is only right then that THQ have released some new media showing off HHH and Shawn Michaels in all their glory (though I wonder where X-Pac, Billy Gunn and the Road Dogg are?) in a shameless act of promotion for WWE 13. I’m surprised that they haven’t appeared in a skit on RAW yet to sell the game as they usually do…Anyway, WWE 13 is sounding very promising, largely because of the Attitude Era mode where you will take part in many of the classic matches from that period in the wrestling business all the while unlocking various video clips and cinematic moments. You can see some more screens and a trailer after this convenient break.
